Our approach is disciplined and data driven. We work with our clients to dig deeply into the numbers so we can understand fully the dynamics of the business — the prospects and profitability of key business segments and customers — as well as resource requirements, including organizational and financial, required to drive the business forward.

Client Profile
Norwood serves small to mid-sized clients, generally defined as those with sales between $10.0 million to $300.0 million. However, unique requirements and our experience in a particular industry might lead clients that are smaller or larger to select us to provide consulting services and we are pleased to serve them. Our industry experience is broad-based, spanning manufacturing, distribution, retail and professional services, among others. The firm has extensive experience in consumer products, including supply chain management and marketing channel management. We have also provided services to the not-for-profit sector, including the American Bar Association, American Medical Association and the American Academy of Pediatrics.
